Ep 401: Reducing Autism Risk Factors - with Nyema Hermiston

In this episode, I’m joined once again by Nyema Hermiston, a homeopath and author of Planning Parenthood in the Age of Autism. While not centered solely on homeopathy, our conversation dives deep into the extensive research Nyema uncovered about autism risk factors—and the practical, empowering steps parents can take to reduce them. From the role of nutrition and environmental toxins to the overuse of common medications, Nyema sheds light on simple yet impactful choices that can support healthier outcomes for future children. With compassion and clarity, she shares why informed decision-making is key, especially for those planning to conceive.
